Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on May 16, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on May 16, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on May 9, 2011

 

3.         Consider the following:

v  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts

v  Fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds and County Sheriff

v  Resolution to transfer excess funds in the Road Bond Fund to the General Fund in this fiscal year and all future collections

v  Right of way permits submitted by Quest and Electric Rain, Inc.

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Consider the following:

 

v  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on May 9, 2011

v  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.         9:30 A.M.       Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted by Rock N Horse Lounge for an event to be held at Creekside Event Center on June 18,2011

 

6.         9:40 A.M.       Discuss and consider Microfilm Imaging Systems upgrade for Clerk of District Court

 

7.         9:50 A.M.       Discuss and consider mental health board training session

 

8.         10:00 A.M.     Discuss and consider proposals for providing an engineering study and construction estimates for an electrical, mechanical and plumbing system replacement project in the Lincoln County Courthouse

 

9.         10:15 A.M.     Discuss and consider approving the following administrative Settlement Report, entering The county of Lincoln in to the following contract and giving authority to the Chairman to sign the below documents, concerning the construction of a new viaduct in Lincoln County (Front Road Grade Separation), Project No. RRZ-1390(3), and State Control No. 61416, to wit:

 

A.  Administrative Settlement Report Concerning real estate owned by Olson Farms, Inc. Offer being $19.440. The real estate is located in Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 32 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in the County of Lincoln, Nebraska.

B.  Partial Acquisition Contract with Olson Farms, Inc., purchasing certain real estate, owned by Olson Farms, Inc., for $19,440.00. The real estate is located in Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 32 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in the County of Lincoln, Nebraska.

 

10.       10:30 A.M.     Discuss and consider adopting and approving a Resolution

authorizing the Chairman to sign a Project Agreement between The    county of Lincoln and the Nebraska Department of Roads to use federal and state funds to replace a bridge located at the East line of Section 28, Township 13 North, Range 29 West of the 6^th P.M., Lincoln County , Nebraska, Structure No. C005636715, located over the Tri-County Canal.
