Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on Monday July 11, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on July 5, 2011
3. Consider the following:
v Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
v Fee reports submitted by Clerk of District Court, County Treasurer, County Sheriff, and Register of Deeds
v Special designated liquor license submitted by Butch’s inc. for event to be held at Girl Scouts Cabin on August 12, 3011
v Addition of securities to Farmers State Bank pledged to the County Treasurer
v Right of way permit submitted by Source Gas
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
v Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on July 5, 2011
v Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
v Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Public hearing to receive comments on the appointment of Robert McChesney to Hospital Authority No. 1 of Lincoln County Board of Directors for a six year term to expire September 2017
Consider adoption of resolution following the public hearing
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
6. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
v Property valuation protests on real property
Adjourn as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
