Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- · Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on August 13, 2012
- · Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

1. a. Public Hearing File No. AM12-001 discuss and consider passing a Resolution adopting the Lincoln County, Nebraska Comprehensive Development Plan Update 2011-2030.
b. After the public hearing on File No. AM12-001 consider action on Resolution No. 12-21,
concerning adoption of LINCOLN COUNTY, NEBRASKA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
UPDATE 2011 TO 2030.
2. a. Public Hearing File No. AM12-002 discuss and consider passing a Resolution adopting Zoning Regulations for The county of Lincoln, Nebraska.
b. After the public hearing on File No. AM12-002 consider action on Resolution No. 12-22,
concerning adoption of the Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska.
3. a. Public Hearing File No. AM12-003 discuss and consider passing a Resolution adopting Subdivision Regulations for The county of Lincoln, Nebraska.
