Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on June 23, 2014 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on June 16, 2014

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
  • Right of way permits submitted by Consolidated Companies Inc.
  • Discuss and consider entering Lincoln County into an agreement with Martin Troshynski to be the conflict attorney in matters where he would represent individuals who are indigent and entitled to representation, in which he is Court appointed to represent such individuals in criminal matters, juvenile matters under subsections (1), (2), 3(a), and 3 (b) of Neb. Rev. Stat. 43-247, mental health proceedings, child support contempt, and paternity cases
  • Discuss and consider entering Lincoln County into an agreement with Bill Troshynski to provide legal services in guardianship and conservatorship matters to those individuals who have been found to be indigent and entitled to representation, in which he is Court appointed to do such representation
  • Appointment of Brandon Myers to represent Lincoln County for the South Central

Planning, Exercise and Training Region

  • Renewal of interlocal agreement for fuel with the City of North Platte
  • Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff

  • Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
