2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on September 2, 2014
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’ Receipt
- Fee reports submitted by County Court & Clerk of District Court
- Appointment of Interim Noxious Weed Superintendent effective September 15, 2014
- Special designated liquor permit submitted by Sculleys LLC for a reception on
September 27, 2014 at Becky’s Hall of Celebration
- Interlocal agreements with the City of North Platte for maintenance of roads and
emergency management services
- Contract for Professional Appraisal Services with Pritchard & Abbott Inc. on
mineral property
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on September 2, 2014
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Appeal by Boy Scouts of America for failure to file a 2014 Personal Property Return
