2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held March 2, 2015
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
- Fee reports submitted by County Clerk, Clerk of District Court, County Court and
Register of Deeds
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on March 2, 2015
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Recess or adjourn to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:20 A.M. Discuss and consider proposal by Ray Worley of R & M Salvage
concerning removal of two old boilers and pipe at the Lincoln County Courthouse
6. 9:25 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to receive bids for a tuck pointing
project for the Lincoln County Courthouse

7. 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for one pickup truck and two 4 door sedans for the
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office
Consider acceptance of bid
8. 10:15 A.M. Closed session regarding deployment of security personnel or devices,
and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public
interest
9. 10:30 A.M. Closed session regarding a strategy session concerning pending
litigation, and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to
protect the public interest
