1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held July 20, 2015
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
- Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
- Right of way permits submitted by Consolidated Companies Inc. and Century Link
- Authorizing the Vice Chairman to sign the service agreement with Eakes Office Solutions for the Register of Deeds
- Authorize the Vice Chairman to sign for the Chairman on the grant awards and
special conditions for Juvenile Grants #14-EB-611 and #115-CB-534
- Authorize the Vice Chairman to sign for the Chairman on the revised budget for Juvenile Grant #14-EB-611
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on July 20, 2015
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Letters of explanation for the late filing of the 2015 Homestead Exemption Application
- Motor vehicle tax exemption application
- Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
