- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on January 9, 2017
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:20 A.M. Discuss and consider declaring the county’s scrap iron in the Lincoln
County Department of Roads to be surplus property, which is obsolete or unusable
by the County
Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (scrap iron) located
at the Lincoln County Department of Roads

for $80.00 a ton, contingent on the total value of the surplus property (scrap iron)
being under $2,500

Discuss and consider adopting a Resolution to repeal and set-aside the “LINCOLN COUNTY EMPLOYEE POLICY HANDBOOK” adopted December 22, 2008, which went into effect January 1, 2009, plus all amendments to it, and replace it and all amendments to it with a new “LINCOLN COUNTY EMPLOYEE POLICY HANDBOOK.”

Discuss and consider what legal action The county of Lincoln, in the State Nebraska, (commonly referred to as Lincoln County), should take against NEBCON, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, (“NEBCON”), regarding NEBCON’s performance to meet the requirements of the contract with Lincoln County for the Lincoln County Courthouse HVAC Replacement Phase 1 Production Well Project.
