  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
  • Giving authority to the Chairman to sign for the County a proof of claim in the Cody Fletcher Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Case No. 14-40969 regarding Guardian Ad Litem fees owed to Lincoln County
  • Receive and order filed a sale of surplus report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 for the Lincoln County Department of Roads
  • Receive and order filed the Condition of the Treasury of Lincoln County, Nebraska from

July 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
