Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 20, 2017 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held November 13, 2017
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorize Chairman to sign form 35K – Nebraska Lottery Annual Report
- Authorize Chairman to sign BTS proposals on the telephone system for Lincoln County
- Fee Report submitted by County Sheriff
- Authorize Chairman to sign Certification of County Highway Superintendent
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on November 13, 2017
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Homestead exemption appeal filed by Michele Ann Espinoza
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider acceptance of a bid for a tractor and a mower for the Lincoln County Department of Roads from bids received on November 13, 2017.
Discuss and consider acceptance of a bid for a bottom dump trailer for Lincoln County Department of Roads from the bids received on November 13, 2017
- 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider adopting a Resolution to establish a Security Committee, titled Lincoln County Security Committee, for the purpose of providing advice to the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners regarding security matters concerning county buildings, owned or leased by The county of Lincoln, and the land attached thereto.
Discuss and consider appointing four (4) individuals to the Lincoln County Security Committee for a three year term, one individual from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, one individual from the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners, one individual who is a Lincoln County elected official, and one individual who is a Lincoln County employee; and the term for these individuals shall commence on November 21, 2017.
Discuss and consider appointing five (5) individuals to the Lincoln County Security Committee for a two year term, one individual from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, one individual from the Lincoln County Buildings and Grounds Department, one individual who is a Lincoln County employee, one individual from the Lincoln County Emergency Management Department, and one other individual (at large selection); and the term for these individuals shall commence on November 21, 2017.
Discuss and consider appointing a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary for the initial meeting of the Lincoln County Security Committee.
- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids on four Pickups for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
