Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on December 26, 2017 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held December 18, 2017
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Special Designated Liquor License application submitted by PALS Brewing Co. LLC for an event on February 2, 2018 at Harbor Lights
- Approve Corrective Action Plan for the 2017 Audit
- Fee reports submitted by County Sheriff
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on December 18, 2017
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider informal bids for Courthouse sidewalk
6. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider agreement with Maximus for Lincoln County Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and indirect rate calculation for Fiscal Year 2017 through Fiscal Year 2019
7. 10:00 A.M. Presentation to Gift of Hope by the Lincoln County Employees
