Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on January 29, 2018

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Discuss and consider directing the Lincoln County Attorney to file a Complaint for injunctive relief against Ryan Sellers regarding construction of his dwelling in Lincoln County, located in the East half (E1/2) of Section 29, Township 12 North, Range Thirty (30), West of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), Lincoln County, Nebraska, without attaining a zoning permit from the Lincoln County Zoning Administrator, Judy Clark, as required under the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska.”

 

  1. 10:30 A.M. Discuss and consider declaring the county’s scrap iron in the Lincoln

County Road Department to be surplus property, which is obsolete or unusable by

the County

 

Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (scrap iron)

located at the Lincoln County Road Department

 

Discuss and consider selling the surplus property (scrap iron) to Alter Recycling

for $110 a ton, contingent on the total value of the surplus property (scrap iron)

being under $2,500

 

  1. 10:35 A.M. Update on the Lake Maloney Hiking and Biking Trail Project, Phase 4

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and reconvene as the Lincoln County

Board of Equalization.

 

  1. 10:45 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy session regarding pending litigations

and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public

interest

 

Adjourn as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County

Board of Commissioners.
