Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on February 20, 2018
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider File No. SU18-003 an application by Gregg Perrett,
Perrett Construction LTD, for Perrett Administrative Subdivision. The property is
located in an R-2 Urban Density Residential District located north of North Platte on
Highway 83 and is described as part of the SW ¼ of Section 2, Township 14 North,
Range 30 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska

the Lincoln County Courthouse
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public
interest
