- Appointment of Tim Vaughn to the Lincoln/Logan/McPherson Extension Board to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Troy Hopping with the term to expire in December 2019
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

Discuss and consider entering into a three party agreement between North Platte, Nebraska Hospital Corporation, d/b/a Great Plains Health, The county of Lincoln, Nebraska, and the Lincoln County Sheriff to provide mental health services for individuals in custody at the Lincoln County Detention Center. A copy of said proposed contract is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office for public inspection.
