Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on January 28, 2019 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held January 22, 2019
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by County Treasurer
- Appointment of Chairman and one Commissioner to Personnel as per Resolution 2019-03
- Receive and order filed in the Condition of the Treasury of Lincoln County, Nebraska from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on January 22, 2019
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- 9:20 A.M. Discuss and consider, based on such facts and circumstances presented by the Lincoln County Assessor on January 22, 2019, per Neb Rev. Stat §77-1333 (10) regarding Parkland Estates II, L.P., rent-restricted housing project, to concur with the Lincoln County Assessor and Petition the Nebraska Tax Equalization & Review Commission to consider the Lincoln County Assessor’s utilization of another professionally accepted mass appraisal technique on Parkland Estates II, L.P., rent-restricted housing project, for the 2019 tax year, which we hereby adopt and approve by our signatures on the Petition and have the Lincoln County Attorney and her deputies represent us.
- 9:25 A.M. Discuss and consider, based on such facts and circumstance presented by the Lincoln County Assessor on January 22, 2019, per Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-1333 (10) regarding Luke Estates, L.P., rent restricted housing project, to concur with the Lincoln County Assessor and Petition the Nebraska Tax Equalization & Review Commission to consider the Lincoln County Assessor’s utilization of another professionally accepted mass appraisal technique on Luke Estates, L.P., rent-restricted housing project, for the 2019 tax year, which we hereby adopt and approve by our signatures on the Petition and have the Lincoln County Attorney and her deputies represent us.
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
