- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Fee Reports submitted by the County Sheriff
- Resolution for shortfall in City County Fund
- Resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign the lease purchase agreement for the Lincoln County Roads
- Authorize chairman to sign 2019-2020 Region II Human Services Interlocal participation document
- Authorize the Chairman to sign the 2019 Southwest Nebraska Community Wildfire Protection Plan
- Right of way application submitted by Consolidated Companies
- Right of way applications submitted by Electric Rain Inc.
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on June 17, 2019
- Certificates of Correction and Refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Valuation change notices as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the 2019 Community Based Juvenile Service Aid Grant Number 19-CB-0501

10:00 A.M. Conduct a hearing under Neb. Rev. Stat. §23-1603 to determine if the Lincoln County Treasurer (Lorie Koertner) neglected or refused to render any account or settlement required by law, failed or neglected to account for any account or settlement required by law, failed or neglected to account for any balance due the state, county, township, school district, or any other misconduct in office, on or about January 3, 2019, to May 13, 2019.
If the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners (Board) determines that the Lincoln County Treasurer (Lorie Koertner) committed one or more of the violations (misconduct in the office) stated in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 23-1603, the Board shall discuss and consider whether or not to remove the Lincoln County Treasurer (Lorie Koertner) from office.
