Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 18, 2019 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held November 12, 2019

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Receive and order filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk the audit report of Lincoln County, Nebraska for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019
  • Adopting Resolution ordering the Lincoln County Attorney to foreclose an “F” Tax Sale Certificate issued by the Lincoln County Treasurer

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on November 12, 2019

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln, Nebraska, into an Agreement with TreanorHL, Inc., for professional architectural services regarding the following:

An addition to the Lincoln County Jail located at the corner of 3rd & Jeffers, North Platte, Nebraska, and comprising approximately 52 beds in approximately 8,500 square feet. Together with a storage room addition of 800 square feet and minor interior modifications.

  1. 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for South River Road Re-Construction Project

Consider acceptance of bid

  1. 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider acceptance of bids for three (3) used motor graders

for Lincoln County Department of Roads

 

  1. 10:20 A.M. Discuss and consider acceptance of bid for one (1) used tractor for

Lincoln County Department of Roads

 

  1. 10:30 A.M. Discuss and consider referring a proposed acquisition to and receive

from the Lincoln County Planning Commission regarding the conformity of the proposed

acquisition comprehensive planning for the area submitted by McWha Industries Inc.,

that is acquiring a conservation easement on real property owned by McWha Industries

Inc., located in Section 2; Township 11 North, Range 26 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, NE. A copy of said document (including complete legal description of said

real estate) is available for inspection at the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.

 

  1. 10:45 A.M Acknowledge receiving from Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services and the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office a proposal amending the 2005 Amendment to the Lincoln County General Assistance and Medical Assistance Program Regulations/Standards and all amendments thereto.

 

  • Discuss and consider setting a date for public hearing on the proposal amending the 2005 Amendment to the Lincoln County General Assistance and Medical Assistance Program Regulations/Standards and all amendments thereto.
