LLC for Jeffrey Lake Administrative Subdivision located at Jeffrey Lake. The property
Is zoned as TA -1 Transitional Agricultural District and described as a tract of land in the
S ½ of Section 9; Township 11 North, Range 27 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Nebraska
