Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on December 16, 2019
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

- 10:00 A.M. Discuss Case No. CI 19-642, The county of Lincoln v. Dale Wiezorek, et al., In the District Court of Lincoln County, Nebraska, regarding any possible conflict of interest by the attorney handling the matter for the County and how to proceed on it.
