  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the contract with Adams Construction Co. for the South River Road Project C-56(1510)
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign Closing Documents for $4,700,000 Limited Tax County Building Bonds, Series 2020
  • Receive and order fee report submitted by the County Clerk

 

Elect Lincoln County Board of Commissioners Chairman and Vice Chairman for 2020

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  • Elect Lincoln County Board of Equalization Chairman and Vice Chairman for 2020
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on December 23, 2019

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
