Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on June 8, 2020 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held May June 1, 2020
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed fee reports submitted by County Sheriff, County Clerk and Register of Deeds
- Authorize the Chairman to sign the interlocal agreement with the City of North Platte for fuel services from 7-1-2020 to 6-30-2021
- Authorize the Chairman to sign the Quarterly Federal Excise Tax Return for PCORI fees
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on June 1, 2020
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:35 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor application submitted by
La Casa Del Rios LLC for a horse sale on June 20, 2020 at North Platte Stockyards
and authorize the Chairman to sign
- 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider any action needed by Lincoln County to
apply for the Nebraska COVD-19 Local Government Response Assistance
Program
- 9:50 A.M. Discussion concerning bull riding event to be held on June 12
& 13, 2020 at North Platte Livestock Auction
Consider possible action
- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider tort claim filed by Patrick Horton
- 10:10 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy session regarding pending litigation
and imminent ligation and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary
to protect the public interest
