Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on June 15, 2020 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held June 8, 2020

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Adoption of resolution establishing a petty cash fund for the Lincoln County Clerk in the amount of $50
  • Adoption of resolution establishing a petty cash fund for the Lincoln County Clerk of District Court in the amount of $200
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the COVID-19 Change for the Lincoln County Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Consolidated Companies, Inc.
  • Entering The county of Lincoln, Nebraska, into an Addendum To Local Political Subdivision Acquisition Contract with CHAR-LONG-MAR, Limited Partnership, regarding the South River Road Reconstruction Project
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by McCook Public Power District
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

Nebraska,” into a contract with “LEVEL LLC” for delivery of 11,150 tons of crushed

granite to Lincoln County for the Cattle Growers Road Project
