- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held July 27, 2020
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign a letter of engagement with McChesney, Martin, Sagehorn for 2020 budget services
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on July 27, 2020
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption application submitted by the County Treasurer
- Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
- Late filing of 2020 Homestead Exemption Application
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider acceptance of an informal proposal for
Project C56-1903 (Hershey-Dickens Road) overlay project
- 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider entering into an agreement between The
county of Lincoln, Nebraska, TreanorHL and Brown Construction, Inc. for the
Lincoln County Detention Center remodel and addition project
- 10:30 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy session regarding pending
litigations and to protect attorney, client privilege, which is clearly necessary
to protect the public interest
