Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on September 14, 2020 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held September 8, 2020

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Clerk
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign a rental contract with MIS for the Register of Deeds

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on September 8, 2020

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Appeal on Homestead Exemption Rejection submitted by Ruben Perez

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider an application submitted by Alice Robinson and

Anna Bellinger for Wendeborn Administrative Subdivision located at 5998 & 6084

South Range Road on property described as Tract F, Wendeborn’s Acreage Addition

in Section 24, Township 13 North, Range 32 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, NE

 

 

Discuss and consider an application by Sheree Swedberg for Swedberg 2nd

Administrative Subdivision located at 2899 North Lamont Road. The property is

described as part of the SW ¼ of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 30 West

of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, NE

 

Discuss and consider reappointment of Steve Koch and Zak Eickhoff to the Lincoln

County Planning Commission for 3 year terms

 

Discuss and consider appointment of Brent Roggow to the Lincoln County Planning

Commission for a 3 year term

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

  1. 10:00 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy session regarding pending litigations             and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public

interest
