Budget hearing of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners. Present were Commissioners Joe Hewgley, Kent Weems, Chris Bruns, Jerry Woodruff and Deputy County Clerk, Terry Heessel. Weems called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M. Commissioner Henry was absent.
Chairman Weems announced the Open Meeting Act with amendments is posted for public review and the county board will comply with the open meeting requirements.
The public hearing was opened by Chairman Weems at 11:00 AM to receive comments on the proposed 2021-2022 fiscal year Lincoln County, NE budget.
Susan Maline, Certified Public Accountant at McChesney, Martin & Sagehorn presented the 2021-22 proposed budget for the fiscal year 2021-22 for Lincoln County.
The budget document was printed in the North Platte Telegraph on September 8, 2021.

Chairman Weems opened the public hearing at 11:13 AM to receive comments relating to setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year tax request.
