Regular meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on September 20, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
- Open with prayer
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners regular meeting held on September 13, 2021
- Approve the minutes regarding the budget meeting held by the Lincoln County Commissioners held on September 13, 2021
- Approve the minutes regarding the special meeting held by the Lincoln County Commissioners held on September 13, 2021
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by Clerk of District Court and County Sheriff
- Letter of appointment for Alex Gurciullo as Lincoln County Treasurer
- Authorize Chairman to sign the special designated liquor license application submitted by La Casa Del Rios LLC for a wedding reception on October 2, 2021 at the Ag Building Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on September 13, 2021
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Notice of valuation changes numbered 2021-67 to 2021-69 as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Hear concerns from Elected Officials, Department Heads, and their representative
Conduct quarterly inspection of the LC Detention Center
