held on August 29, 2022

- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Clerk
- Resolution to transfer excess funds from the Handicapped Accessibility Fund to the Building Fund
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on August 29, 2022
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

courthouse generator

black-tailed prairie dog management program

candidate for Veteran’s Service Officer

- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider Envirotech Services Inc. for a trial section on
Cattlegrowers Road for a stabilization/dust control product
Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
