- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Clerk
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on November 7, 2022
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Public hearing to consider action on an application by Dawn Jessup for
a conditional use permit to allow construction of a special events venue in a TA-1
Transitional Agricultural District on property located at 17863 E State Farm Road and
described as Lot 1 Mildred Administrative Subdivision of part of Government Lot 6 in
the Fort McPherson Reservation in Section 6, Township 12 North, Range 28 West
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
Consider action following public hearing
- 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider acceptance of a bid for three new ½ ton 4-wheel
drive 4 -door pickup trucks for the Lincoln County Department of Roads
- 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for a used wheel loader for Lincoln County Department of
Roads
Consider acceptance of bid
- 10:10 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for four pickup
trucks for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
