2.            Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting on

November 21, 2011

 

3.            Consider the following:

  • Ø  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Ø  Authorize chairman to sign Certification of Highway Superintendent for 2011 to the Nebraska Department of Roads

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.            9:15 A.M.             Consider the following:

  • Ø  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting on

November 21, 2011

  • Ø  Authorize chairman to sign certificates of correction and refund as submitted

by the County Assessor

  • Ø  Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.            9:30 A.M.             Acknowledge receipt of a petition by Tim Townsend to vacate a portion of an

unopened county road through both Tatman’s Replat and Tatman’s Hillside Edition

 

Discuss and consider resolution directing the County Highway Superintendent to do a study
