Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on June 1, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held May 24, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on May 24, 2021
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign contract for 2nd and 3rd floor bathroom remodel project with Dowhower Construction.

 

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Old Depot Vineyard and Winery for a wedding reception to be held at the Old Depot on July 3, 2021
