NOTICE OF HEARING AND AGENDA

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on Monday, September 19, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on Monday, September 19, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on September 12, 2011

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • Ø  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Ø  Approval of 2011 Lincoln County Inventories
  • Ø  Interlocal agreement with the City of North Platte for maintenance of roads
  • Ø  Fee reports submitted by the County Sheriff, County Treasurer and

Clerk of District Court

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • Ø  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on September 12, 2011

  • Ø  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Ø  Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
  • Ø  Protests of penalty on personal property

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and

reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.         9:30 A.M.       Discuss and consider child support enforcement agreement

with McPherson County

 

6.         9:45 A.M.       Discuss and consider setting a date for public hearing for

the purpose of receiving comments relating to setting the final tax request at

a different amount than the prior year

 

7.         10:00 A.M.     Discuss and consider D.A.R.E. agreements with the following

school districts:  Hershey, Sutherland, Wallace and Maxwell
