- Discuss and consider whether to concur or not with the Lincoln County Assessor.
- C. If the Lincoln County Board of Equalization concurs, then it shall discuss and consider instructing the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office to petition, which could be a petition for each house, the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission “to consider the county assessor’s utilization of another professionally accepted mass appraisal technique that, based on the facts and circumstances presented by a county board of equalization, would result in a substantially different determination of actual value of the rent-restricted housing project.” See Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1333(10).
