Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on July 20, 2015 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held July 13, 2015
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
- Authorizing the chairman to sign the Annual Subgrant Agreement for Child Support
Enforcement between Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services and Clerk
of District Court
- Fee report submitted by the County Treasurer
- Condition of the Treasury of Lincoln County, NE from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015
- Special designated liquor permits submitted by Sculleys LLC for receptions to be held on the following dates and locations: August 8, 2015 – CB’s Hideaway
August 15, 2015 – CB’s Hideaway
August 15, 2015 – Lincoln Co. Fairgrounds
August 22, 2015 – Harbor Lights
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on July 13, 2015

- Letters of explanation for the late filing of the 2015 Homestead Exemption Application
- Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Public Hearing on a proposed Amendment to the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” recommended by the Lincoln Planning Commission, in which the proposed Amendment amends Article 11 of the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” and is entitled “PROPOSAL AMENDING ARTICLE 11: Amendments.”
The proposed changes are only in regards to the Amendments Article (“Article 11: Amendments”) of the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska.”

7. 10:00 A.M. Discuss haul road agreement with Chad Marsh
