Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on March 8, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
- Open with prayer
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held March 1, 2021
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign Form 35K for the NE City/County Lottery Annual Report
- Receive and order filed fee reports submitted by the County Clerk, Clerk of District Court and Register of Deeds
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the Federal Grant Sub-Recipient Audit Acknowledgement Form for the VOCA grant
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by McCook Public Power District
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Consolidated Companies Inc.
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on March 1, 2021
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Late filings on permissive exemption applications on personal property, Form 451 by
Keep North Platte Lincoln County Beautiful and Father Flanagan’s Boys Home
- New permissive exemption applications, Form 451, filed by North Platte Baptist Church and BarWD Ranch Institute for Ranch Management
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider a special designated liquor permit by the
Creative Arts Council dba Prairie Arts Center for a wedding reception to be held
at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds on April 3, 2021
- 10:00 A.M. Discussion of the Re-districting process following the 2020 Census
