Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on July 11, 2016 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held July 5, 2016

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Adoption of resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement

to house inmates at the Lincoln County Detention Center for Hayes County

  • Fee reports submitted by the Clerk of District Court, County Clerk and Register

of Deeds

  • Clerk of District Court Subgrant agreement between Health & Human Services

and Lincoln County for Child Support Enforcement

  • Authorize the Chairman to sign the Community Based Juveniles Services Aid

Grant Award (16-EB-0600) and Special Conditions

  • Consider acceptance of Federal Highway Allocation Funds for fiscal year

2016-2017

  • Interlocal agreement with the City of North Platte for Fuel

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on July 5, 2016
