- Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of understanding with McChesney Martin Sagehorn for 2016/2017 budget services
- Right of way permits submitted by Custer Public Power District and Dawson Public Power District
- Adoption of a resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement to house inmates at the Lincoln County Detention Center for Garden County
- Adoption of a resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement to house inmates at the Lincoln County Detention Center for Chase County
- Adoption of a resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement to house inmates at the Lincoln County Detention Center for Deuel County
