Emergency Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on July 5, 2017, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 10:00 A.M.
10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing Commissioner Joseph Hewgley to sign a
release of claims and liability releasing Beveridge Well Drilling from any and
all claims, liabilities, damages, or suits related to the rerouting of the well
discharge water for The county of Lincoln, Nebraska. This is related to
Lincoln County’s HVAC project.
