- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by Clerk of District Court, County Clerk and Register of Deeds
- Special designated liquor permit submitted by Longhorn Bar (Aden Enterprises, LLC) for a reception to be held at Creek Side Event Center on June 9, 2018
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on April 2, 2018
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Discuss and consider approving the making of the Petition by the Lincoln County Weed Control Authority to the Director of Agriculture of the State of Nebraska for approval of the Lincoln County Weed Control Authority employment of the forced control provisions of sections 9-953 to 2-955 and 2-958 of the Noxious Weed Control Act against the weed known as: Yellow Flag Iris (common name), scientific name being Iris pseudacorus; and sign said Petition showing approval by the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners. A copy of said Petition is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s office for public inspection.
