Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on August 17, 2020 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held August 10, 2020
3. Consider the following:
• Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
• Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Clerk
• Adoption of a resolution directing the County Attorney to commence foreclosure on tax sale certificates
• Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Custer Public Power District
• Authorizing the Chairman to sign special designated liquor license submitted by GL Concepts LLC DBA Good Life on the Bricks for an event at
Creekside Event Center on August 29, 2020
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
• Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on August 10, 2020
• Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
• Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

6. 9:45 AM Discuss and consider special designated liquor license application submitted by Big Red Liquor for an event at Harbor Lights on
