1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on February 25, 2013

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
  • Right of way permit submitted by Don Colvin
  • Acceptance of quote for AS400 system hardware with ACS for maintenance

 

4.         9:05 A.M.       Discuss and consider general assistance appeal filed by Dr. Melvin

Canell

 

Consider continuance requested by HHS & Dr. Melvin Canell

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

5.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on February 25, 2013

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

10.       10:15 A.M.     Closed session concerning strategy regarding litigation and to protect

attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
