Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on March 19, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on March 12, 2012

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • Ø  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Ø  Right of way permits submitted by Dawson Public Power District
  • Ø  Fee report submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • Ø  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on March 12, 2012
  • Ø  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Ø  Tax exemption applications on real and personal property Form 451 submitted

by D & N Event Center and Calvary Baptist Church

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.         9:30 A.M.       Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted

by Fun Center Inc. for an event to be held at Creekside Event Center on March

24, 2012

 

6.         9:45 A.M.       Discuss and consider acceptance of bid(s) for motorgraders for the

Lincoln County Department of Roads
