Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1. Open with prayer

 

2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on February 14, 2011

 

3. Consider the following:

  •  Claims and treasurer’s receipts
  •  Special designated liquor permit application submitted by Fraternal Order of Eagles #2839 for an event to be held at the fairgrounds on March 26, 2011
  •  Authorizing the chairman to sign NebraskaLand BizConnect Internet Banking Service Agreement
  •  Fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds and County Sheriff
  •  Adoption of a resolution approving a decrease of securities by Wells Fargo Bank as pledged to the County Treasurer

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4. 9:15 A.M.                  Consider the following:

  •  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on February 14, 2011
  •  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5. 9:30 A.M.                  Presentation and launch of “New” Lincoln County Website and GIS

 

6. 10:00 A.M.                  Public hearing to receive comments on the One & Six Year Road Plan of Lincoln County, NE

 

Consider adoption of plan following the public hearing

 

7. 11:00 A.M.                  Construction update of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office & Detention Center

 

8. 11:15 A.M.                  Closed session concerning strategy regarding potential litigation and to protect attorney-client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
