Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with Prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting on December 12, 2011
3. Consider the following:
* Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
* Fee reports submitted by the County Treasurer and County Sheriff
* Approval of contract with GIS Workshop for Parcel Soil Conversion Data Dump
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Consider the following:
* Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting on December 12, 2011
* Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
* Motor vehicle tax exemption application as submitted by the County Treasurer
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss proposal of adding Logan County to the Lincoln-McPherson Extension Office.
6. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider retaining the law firm of Waite, McWha and Heng as co-counsel in the matter of Charles J. Linderman & Rebecca A. Linderman bankruptcy (Bk. No. 11-40790, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy) for purposes of filing an objection in the matter if needed.
7. 10:00 A.M. Receive Bids for Lincoln County Courthouse electrical upgrade.
Consider acceptance of bid.
