1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on June 27, 2011
3. Consider the following:
v Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
v Letter of engagement with McChesney Martin Sagehorn P.C. for 2011/2012 budget services
v Increasing mileage reimbursement to 55.5 cents per mile effective
July 1, 2011 as per Nebraska Dept. of Administrative Services
v Resolution to close the Noxious Weed Fund and authorize the County Treasurer to transfer remaining cash balance into the General Fund and to have the Noxious Weed Budget as part of the General Fund
v Addition of securities by NebraskaLand National Bank as pledged to the
County Clerk
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
v Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on June 27, 2011
v Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
v Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
v Protests of denial of special valuations on real property
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 10:00 A.M. Presentation by ME Group on the Courthouse Energy Study
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

v Property valuation protests on real property
Adjourn as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
