Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 9, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on April 2, 2012
3. Consider the following:
- Ø Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
- Ø Addition of securities by Adams Bank & Trust as pledged to the County Treasurer
- Ø Fee reports submitted by County Sheriff, County Clerk, County Court and
Clerk of District Court
- Ø
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Ø Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on April 2, 2012
- Ø Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

County and bid for the county in a Sheriff’s Sale on Lot 5, Block 6, Lincoln County Highway Addition to North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska which takes place on April 12, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioners Room

6. 9:30 A.M. Public hearing to receive comments on a new Nebraska Liquor License application submitted by Lake Maloney Golf Course d/b/a Lake Maloney Golf Course located at 608 Birdie Lane, North Platte, NE for a Class I (Beer, Wine & Distilled Spirits, on sale only)
Consider action following public hearing
7. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider declaring the county’s scrap iron in the
Lincoln County Road Department to be surplus property, which is obsolete
or unusable by the county
Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (scrap iron)
located at the Lincoln County Road Department
Discuss and consider selling the surplus property (scrap iron) to North Platte
Metals LLC for $185 per ton, contingent on the total value of the surplus
property (scrap iron) being under $2,500
8. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider declaring the county’s scrap aluminum
in the Lincoln County Road Department to be surplus property, which is obsolete
or unusable by the county
Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (scrap
aluminum) located at the Lincoln County Road Department
Discuss and consider selling the surplus property (scrap aluminum) to North
Platte Metals LLC for 60 cents a pound, contingent on the total value of the
surplus property (scrap aluminum) being under $2,500
9. 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,
into a contract with Martin Resource Management Corporation d/b/a Monarch
Oil Company in regards to the Micro-Surfacing Project for the Lincoln County
Department of Roads, Project No. LCDOR 2012-1, and authorize the Lincoln
County Board Chairman to sign the written contract for The county of Lincoln,
Nebraska. A copy of said proposed contract is available at the Lincoln County
Clerk’s Office for public inspection.
10. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the chairman to sign a lease
agreement with Nebraska Public Power District to permit the county to place
an antenna and other radio equipment associated with the NRIN and State of
Nebraska Mutual Aid Channels for the 911 Dispatch Center and Lincoln County
Agencies on the north NPPD Communication Tower
