Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on August 3, 2015 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held July 27, 2015
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
- Adoption of a resolution directing the County Treasurer to issue tax sale certificates
on those parcels which are two years delinquent on real estate and special assessments
- Special designated liquor permits submitted by Sculley LLC for the following events:
August 22, 2015- Reception- CB’s Hideaway
August 29, 2015 -Reception -CB’s Hideaway
September 5 & 6, 2015 – Reception – CB’s Hideaway
September 29, 2015 – Reception- Lincoln County Fairgrounds
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on July 27, 2015
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
- Letters of explanation for the late filing of the 2015 Homestead Exemption Application

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

County budget document
between the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services and Lincoln County
Attorney for child support enforcement
- Public Hearing on a proposed Amendment to the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” recommended by the Lincoln County Planning Commission, in which the proposed Amendment amends Section 8.09 of the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” and is entitled “Proposal Amending Section 8.09 Livestock Regulations”; and said amendment is in regards to
clarification of language and impact easements.
Nebraska Office of Highway Safety by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office
- Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln, in the State of Nebraska, into the following agreements with GIS Workshop, LLC (“GISW”) concerning Web-based services:
a. Master Services Agreement concerning the elected office of the Lincoln County Clerk and
i. Statement of Work (Exhibit A.1 – creation of eight district layers) concerning elected office of the Lincoln County Clerk; and

ii. Statement of Work (Exhibit A.2 – subscription contract) concerning the elected office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
b. Master Services Agreement concerning the elected office of the Lincoln County Assessor and
i. Statement of Work (Exhibit A.1 – subscription contract) concerning the elected office of the Lincoln County Assessor; and
ii. Statement of Work (Exhibit A.2 – Maintenance and Support Services Contract) concerning the elected office of the Lincoln County Assessor;
c. Master Services Agreement concerning Emergency Management and
i. Statement of Work (Exhibit A – subscription contract) concerning Emergency Management; and
d. Master Services Agreement concerning Planning/Zoning and
