- Adoption of a resolution for an Interlocal Agreement with the City of North Platte for Emergency Management Services
- Lease agreement with the State of Nebraska- Dept. of Administrative Services – State
Building Division for office space at the Craft State Office Building for DHHS
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on September 19, 2016
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
