Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on January 9, 2017 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Elect County Board of Commissioners Chairman and Vice Chairman for 2017

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held January 3, 2017

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Appointment of official newspaper to publish legal notices in 2017 for Lincoln County
  • Adoption of a resolution authorizing the County Treasurer to invest county funds for 2017
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign the 2016 Certification of County Highway Supt. for Nebraska Department of Roads
  • Fee reports submitted by Clerk of District Court, Register of Deeds, County Clerk & County Treasurer

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Elect Lincoln County Board of Equalization Chairman and Vice Chairman for 2017
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on January 3, 2017

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
