Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on October 9, 2017 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held October 2, 2017
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Fee Reports submitted by Register of Deeds and County Sheriff
- Authorize the Chairman to sign IBM schedule for ServiceElite Maintenance for Lincoln County
- Authorize the Chairman to sign a legal litigation letter to County Attorney for Audit purposes.
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on October 2, 2017
- Certificates of Correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Adoption of a resolution setting the 2017 tax levies for all political subdivisions
- 9:20 A.M. Discuss tax exemption for Platte Valley Christian Academy
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date for public hearing as per Neb. Rev. Stat. §13-303 on Lincoln County to provide, establish/re-establish, and fund ambulance services in Lincoln County for areas outside the limits of any incorporated city or village in Lincoln County, Nebraska.
