- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held August 19, 2019
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way permit submitted by Viaero Fiber Networks LLC
- Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by the County Sheriff
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the change order 003 with Western Engineering Co. Inc.
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign a service agreement with Eakes for the Register of Deeds office copier
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on August 19, 2019
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:20 A.M. Discuss and consider appointing authorizing representatives for FEMA Disaster DR-4420 (flooding in March, 2019)
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider adoption of a resolution by Lincoln County determining the final allocation of levy for political subdivisions under the county levy limit
- 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the special
designated liquor license submitted by La Casa Del Rios LLC for a reception to
be held at Creekside Event Center on September 14 ,2019
- 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider declaring the used tires stored at the Lincoln County Roads Department to be surplus personal property, which is obsolete or unusable by the County.
Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (stored used tires), which is obsolete or unusable by the County.
If the surplus property (stored used tires), has no value, then discuss and consider how to dispose of the surplus property.

agreement letter with Mainelli Wagner & Associates, Inc. for 2015 FEMA Disaster 4225
West South River Road Construction Project
- 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for vehicles for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office
Consider acceptance of bid
- 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider appointing a qualified successor to fill the remaining
term of the Lincoln County Treasurer
- 10:30 A.M. Presentation by DA Davidson for Limited Tax Obligation Bonds for the
possible detention center expansion project
- 10:45 A.M. Discuss and consider directing the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services and the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office to draft a proposal amending the 2005 Amendment to the Lincoln County General Assistance and Medical Assistance Program Regulations/Standards and amendments thereto, as recommended to the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners on August 19, 2019.

limit by an additional one percent (1%) for the 2019/2020 fiscal year Lincoln County,

to receive comments on the proposed 2019/2020 fiscal year Lincoln County, NE
budget
Discuss and consider setting September 9, 2019 at 10:15 A.M. for public hearing
for the purpose of receiving comments relating to setting the final tax request at
a different amount than the prior year
